Teen August (ages 13-18) - Senior Sports & Main Camp

MLBC is excited to offer Teen August, an overnight camp for ages 13-18. Drop-off time is 10:00am and pick-up time is 4:00pm. This camp is a great way for you to explore God’s creation, make new friends, and learn more about Jesus!

What should they expect? Come enjoy the wonder of the outdoors with adventurous outdoor activities and engaging chapel times! There are 3 options that teens can choose from. What they choose will determine what they do during their skill times...

Options…

• Main Camp - Enjoy various fun activities and skills at the camp, connecting with other teens your age and experiencing God.
• Sports Camp - This camp is a great camp for kids who love sports to make new friends and continuing developing their volleyball or basketball skills, being taught by professional coaches!

Main Camp Skills include...

• Arts & crafts
• Rockwall
• Archery & hatchet throwing
• Canoeing & kayaking
• Peddle quads
• Frolfing
• And much more!

Kids should bring...

• a hat
• sunscreen and bug spray
• a water bottle
• clothes you don’t mind getting dirty or wet in
• a bathing suit (only modest swimwear please) and towel
• sleeping bag and pillow
• a Bible / notebook if you have one
• If you will be playing sports, please bring appropriate workout clothing and shoes. 
• Please note: we do have a dress code. We ask campers and staff alike to not wear short shorts and not show midriff. Thanks. 

IMPORTANT:

If your child has any flu or flu-like symptoms, they will not be able to attend.  Should any flu-like symptoms arise or flu related issues, you will be sent home.
