Proof of Liability Insurance - Guest Groups are required to obtain a certificate of insurance naming One Hope Canada and Madge Lake Bible Camp as “additional insured”.  Youmust submit a copy to our office prior to the rental period.  Loosely organized groups who are not using the facilities on behalf of a registered organization, such as family gatherings, informal clubs (quilters’ group) or birthday parties,  may be eligible for One Hope Canada’s Special Event Liability Insurance.  

Rental Agreement

We are very excited about the possibility of your group using our facility for its celebration. Located in Duck Mountain Provincial Park, only a km west of beautiful Ministik Beach, MLBC offers several in and outdoor adventures. Whether it is mountain biking, canoeing, rainy day activities, whatever your group desires, we can offer it.  (We can also make special arrangements for your group if you wish to do some wall climbing, archery, or horse rides.)

We have several buildings and 12 cabins (6 heated) that would be suitable for groups of virtually any size. In our kitchen you have access to all of our appliances (minus the dishwasher) and other items belonging to the camp. Our chapel has room and chairs for around 140 people and is a great spot for indoor rainy-day activities.

Our Cabins have 10 single sleeping bunks each and our extra staff housing sleeps 2-6 people per room, most rooms with double beds.

Because MLBC is located in a provincial park, there are also several wonderful nature trails easily accessible to the camp. Right next to the camp is Waves, a mini-golf & ice-cream shop (306-542-4361). Just a short drive away from MLBC to the west is MLBC’s Riding Stables (1[888]88-MADGE) and to the east is the challenging Duck Mtn. Golf Resort (306-542-3485). There is a boat launch 500 meters east and the Ministik Beach 1 kilometer east. All of these elements combine together to make your group’s adventure at MLBC exciting and memorable.
